Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you request a quote through our contact form and check the consent box, we send your name, contact details, and message to the builder you selected. Builders may participate in free or paid listing programs on TinyHomeList, and some state privacy laws (like the California Consumer Privacy Act) treat compensated referrals of contact information as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. This page is how you opt out.

Submitting the form below with "Do not sell or share my personal information" records an opt-out for your email address. After that, we will not include your information in any builder routing you didn't specifically ask for.

One important exception: if you later fill out a quote request for a specific builder and check the consent box, we'll still send that request to that builder — you're directing us to make that disclosure, and it's the only way we can connect you. Opting out here covers everything you haven't specifically asked for.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that visit — no form needed. We record the signal alongside anything you submit while it's active.

Delete, access, or correct your information

You can also use the form below to ask us to delete the information we hold about you, send you a copy of it, or correct something that's wrong. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by the CCPA and similar state laws. We may email you first to verify you control the address the request concerns. We'll never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
