DMCA / Copyright Policy

tinyhomelist.com, operator of tinyhomelist.com ("TinyHomeList"), respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page describes how to report content on the Site that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle those reports under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Designated Agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please put "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or someone authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the agent above that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate that material on the Site — at minimum, the URL.
- Information reasonably sufficient to let us contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Notices missing any of these elements may not be effective under the DMCA.
A note before you file: the DMCA imposes liability for material misrepresentations in a takedown notice. Submitting a notice for content you don't have the right to control, or for fair use, may expose you to damages and attorneys' fees. If you're unsure, consult a lawyer.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Once we receive a complete notice that complies with the DMCA, we will, in line with the safe-harbor procedure:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material reasonably promptly.
- Take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we've removed or disabled it.
- Forward your notice (or a relevant portion of it) to that user. Your notice — including your name, address, and email — will be shared with the user who posted the material.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you posted content that has been removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. It must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the ability of users who repeatedly infringe copyright to submit content to the Site or to otherwise use Site features.
Other Concerns (Not Copyright)
The DMCA process is for copyright issues. For other concerns — inaccurate information, defamation, requests to update or remove a builder listing, privacy concerns, or general corrections — use the general contact path instead:
- Email info@tinyhomelist.com with the URL and a clear description of the issue.
- If you're a business and want your listing updated or removed, see the corresponding section of our Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
