For buyers who want to complete the interior themselves, WNC Tiny Homes also builds shells — fully framed and roofed homes ready for interior finishing. Post-build warranty and maintenance support are standard. As of May 2026, WNC Tiny Homes is the only custom THOW builder headquartered in Haywood County, serving clients throughout western North Carolina.
