West Coast Homes has been building custom tiny homes, park models, and ADUs since 2011 from Whatcom County in northwest Washington. All tiny houses are built to IRC Appendix AQ and the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), which the state adopted in February 2021 for homes 400 square feet or less.
Their signature project is Wildwood Lakefront Cottages on Lake Whatcom near Bellingham — an 83-unit gated tiny home community where West Coast Homes has built over 40 units. They also deliver throughout Washington state.
Tiny home prices start at $120,000 and park models at $135,000. The company offers modular homes as well, with two-pod designs starting at $185,000 for an 878-square-foot, 3-bed, 1-bath layout.
