United Tiny Homes manufactures affordable tiny homes and park models in Goodyear, Arizona. Founded in 2021 by CEO Gail Kingsbury, the company builds homes of 400 square feet or less across multiple product lines, with delivery in as little as 90–120 days and financing terms up to 30 years.

The Signature Line, Park Line, and Back Porch Line each target a different buyer profile — from first-time tiny-home owners to retirees seeking a turnkey park model. Models include the Cheyenne (340–399 sq ft, 1 bedroom) and a 400 sq ft 10×40 layout sleeping up to 6. United Tiny Homes received an Inc. 5000 ranking in 2025 recognizing its rapid growth.

As of May 2026, the company is partnering to develop a 65-home tiny community in Sedona, AZ, targeting the region’s housing shortage.
