Tiny House Chattanooga

Tiny House Chattanooga was founded in 2014 by Mike Bedsole in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The company built a national reputation early, winning the People’s Choice “Best in Show” award at the Tiny House Jamboree in both 2015 and 2016 — one of only a handful of builders to win the award in consecutive years.

Their current model lineup includes the Nixie (20 ft), Lookout (26 ft), Borough (20 ft), Outlander (24 ft), and the Mini Mansion. Models start around $121,800. The company’s design philosophy rejects cookie-cutter layouts in favor of creative, personalized floor plans, and each build is highly customized to the client’s lifestyle.

Chattanooga’s city-wide ADU ordinance (adopted 2022) applies to foundation-built structures; Tiny House Chattanooga focuses on THOWs for clients in East Tennessee communities, rural land, and RV parks across the region. Their proximity to the Chattanooga area gives buyers easy access to local consultations.
