Tall Timber Enterprises

Tall Timber Enterprises operates in the Goldstream Valley approximately eight miles southwest of Fairbanks. Jacob Yule founded the company in 2017 with a focus on small, made-to-order structures for Alaska’s Interior — an area defined by subarctic temperatures, discontinuous permafrost, and limited road access to many homestead parcels.

The company’s build options — on-site construction, off-site build and delivery, or hybrid — make it practical for lot owners across the Fairbanks North Star Borough. The Goldstream Valley is itself a corridor of homesteads and off-grid properties where demand for compact, cold-hardy structures is consistent.
