Rough Cut Tiny Homes was founded in Conway, South Carolina in 2017 by Spencer Sousa, who began building tiny homes at age 16 before turning the craft into a professional business. The company handcrafts custom tiny houses on wheels in three size brackets: 24–30 ft, 30–36 ft, and 36–42 ft. Smaller models typically include a single sleeping loft, kitchen, and bathroom; the company’s most popular builds feature two sleeping lofts, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
