Nordic & Spruce

Park models Prefab / modular

Nordic & Spruce was founded in 2017 in Monterey, Tennessee — 22107 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey TN 38574 — when founder Matt started the company with a friend after a college project sparked the idea. The five-person team builds every home in a four-bay workshop, operating an assembly-line process they describe as a blend of precision craftsmanship and quality inspection at each stage.

As of May 2026, Nordic & Spruce offers three base models: the Weekender (from $65,000), the Overnighter (from $70,000), and the Homesteader (from $75,000). Customers can adjust layouts, finishes, and fixtures using a 3D configurator on the company’s website before finalizing an order. Volume pricing is available (5% off for 2–4 homes, 10% off for 5+), making Nordic & Spruce a popular choice for hospitality operators building short-term-rental fleets.

Every Nordic & Spruce home is inspected at each build stage and certified to ANSI 119.5 NOAH+ standards as a Park Model Recreational Vehicle (PMRV). PMRV certification means the structure, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems have passed third-party inspection — a significant advantage for placement in RV parks and short-term-rental communities across Tennessee and beyond.

Construction details include 2×4 framing, 2×6 trusses set 16″ on center, Rockwool R-15 walls and floor insulation, R-23 roof insulation, and 29-gauge Watson Wave steel cladding with a 40-year warranty. The Homesteader model, at 272 sq ft, was featured in Yanko Design (October 2025) as a Scandinavian-design tiny home suited for couples or small families.
