Mount Baker Tiny Homes

Bellingham, Washington

THOW Prefab / modular ADU

Mount Baker Tiny Homes designs and builds efficient tiny houses that draw inspiration from the Pacific Northwest — from the slopes of Mount Baker to the shores of Puget Sound. Founder Rob Haskell launched the company during the pandemic, combining his construction background with a passion for compact, nature-connected living.

The company builds both tiny homes on wheels (THOWs) and foundation ADUs, offering the same floor plans in both forms. Their signature Pacifica model is an 8×24 THOW designed for natural light, durable year-round use, and efficient storage. All builds meet ANSI 119.5 road-ready standards and include standard hookup provisions for utilities.

Construction focuses on durability for the wet Pacific Northwest climate: metal roofing, vapor barriers, and insulated floors are standard. Expansive windows are a design signature, connecting interior living areas to the landscape outside. As of May 2026, production is ramping up to meet growing regional demand for permitted ADUs under Washington’s HB 1337 reform.
