Modern WoodTech is a family-run workshop based in Lewiston, Maine, with more than 30 years of experience in custom wood construction. Owner Richard Boucher leads a craftsman team that builds mini homes, cabins, in-law apartments, backyard offices, studios, and pool houses — all designed for year-round living and delivered fully finished to the site.
The shop’s specialization in New England weather-resistant construction means structures arrive insulated and ready to use, without the lengthy on-site finishing typical of kit builds.
