Minimal Living Concepts

Minimal Living Concepts builds ADUs and modular homes throughout the Phoenix metro from its Scottsdale, Arizona base. Co-founders Zander Diamont and Jared Amzallag launched the company in January 2021 after identifying demand for distraction-free backyard workspaces, then expanded into full ADU construction and, most recently, semi-custom primary home sales.

Five pre-designed models are available: Flex (429 sq ft), Live (522 sq ft), Live+ (750 sq ft), Dwell (1,044 sq ft), and Resi (1,600 sq ft). The company manages the full process — design, permitting, and construction — in approximately 8 months.

MLC holds a KB-2 Dual Residential and Small Commercial license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and ranks in the top 1% of the state’s 71,576 licensed contractors on BuildZoom as of May 2026.
