Each Monte Ne lot is described as a detached individual dwelling of approximately 400 square feet, one bedroom and one bath, with finishes that include metal roofs, custom wood cabinetry, and vaulted ceilings. The community model targets buyers who want simpler, more affordable homeownership without the maintenance burden of a traditional house. Community pricing starts around $95,000.
