Eagle Homes on Monte Ne was founded in Rogers, Arkansas in 2021 by Dave and Chris Gallo, who developed a 50-lot community of detached tiny homes on Monte Ne Road in the Rogers area of Northwest Arkansas. Each unit is approximately 400 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom, built on a permanent foundation rather than a trailer — a deliberate choice to create durable, low-maintenance dwellings suited to long-term residence.

The community is open to all age groups and targets residents who want affordable, maintenance-light living without sacrificing the permanence of a foundation home. As of May 2026, homes start at $70,000. The Avery Tiny Houses model series appears in the company’s current portfolio alongside “Platinum” floor plans designed for placement on buyers’ own private land.

In addition to the Monte Ne development, Eagle Homes builds for private-land clients through their “Add a Tiny Home to Your Own Land” program, making them a builder of record for individual commissions as well as the community developer.
