Eagle Crest Homes has been an exclusive authorized dealer for BonnaVilla factory-built homes in Grand Island, Nebraska since 2000. The company keeps a rotating display of five to seven homes on its Grand Island lot and helps buyers select from over 90 BonnaVilla floor plans, arrange financing, and manage the delivery and site-set process, as of May 2026.

BonnaVilla is manufactured by Chief Industries in Aurora, Nebraska, making this one of the few Nebraska-centric tiny and small-home supply chains — both the dealer and the manufacturer are based in the state. The product line includes HUD-code manufactured homes and state-certified modular homes. As of May 2026, BonnaVilla has been in continuous operation since 1970, and Eagle Crest Homes represents their product line in central Nebraska.
