Deer Valley Homebuilders has been producing factory-built homes from its Guin, Alabama campus since 2004, growing to encompass over 25 acres and 200,000 square feet of production space. The company focuses on what it calls “heavy built” construction — thicker walls, higher insulation values, and more robust structural assemblies than typical manufactured homes — and has delivered more than 15,000 homes across the southeastern and central United States.

The product line divides into two series. The Mossy Oak series targets the outdoor-lifestyle buyer with branded interiors designed in partnership with the Mossy Oak brand. The Signature series expands into modular options and includes the Cozy Cabins line, a compact tiny-home product available as both manufactured and modular builds. All homes are built to HUD code or the relevant state modular code.
