The firm specializes in energy-efficient prefab and modular homes built to net-zero-ready performance standards — superinsulated double-stud walls, triple-pane windows, and airtight construction that performs in New England’s climate.

Four ADU-sized models — Torrey, Highland, Sterling, and Jordan — start around 420 sq ft and are purpose-built for backyard placements, meeting state ADU regulations across New England. Typical turnkey cost is $450–$600 per sq ft (as of May 2026), inclusive of site work, foundation, and finishes, putting the ADU-scale builds in the $189,000–$480,000 range. Build timeline runs 12–18 months from deposit to move-in.

Manufacturing partners in Maine, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania allow BrightBuilt to serve customers throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic states, and as far west as Ohio.
