Brady-Built Tiny Houses

Brady-Built Tiny Houses is the tiny-home product line of Brady-Built, a Auburn, Massachusetts-based construction company in business since 1979. The factory is located at 160 Southbridge St, Auburn, MA, approximately one hour’s drive from Boston. Homes are built by artisans at the Auburn facility using sustainably harvested southern yellow pine for the signature curved beams, which are hand-crafted using mortise-and-tenon joinery. Every Brady-Built tiny house carries a 25-year warranty.

The lineup includes four configuration types — RV-style homes on wheels (THOW), park model homes for stationary installation, foundation-built homes, and ADU-format structures — all available in 21-, 25-, and 31-foot lengths. Homes can be fully customized: floor plan, storage, appliances, finishes, tankless water heater, and HVAC.
