Anchored Tiny Homes of Spokane & North Idaho

Anchored Tiny Homes of Spokane & North Idaho is a locally owned franchise of Anchored Tiny Homes, the only national ADU franchise on the market. The Spokane location was opened in 2024 by Matt Goodwin, a local entrepreneur with roots in the Spokane hospitality industry. The franchise covers the entire Inland Northwest — Spokane County, eastern Washington, and adjacent North Idaho counties.

Anchored Tiny Homes builds stick-framed, site-built ADUs rather than pre-built or trailer-based units. Standard models range from 240 square feet studio layouts to 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom configurations, with around 15 floor plan options that can be adapted to the site. Common use cases include rental units, in-law suites, and backyard cottages.

The company’s process includes a 3D rendering of the proposed ADU overlaid on a Google Earth view of the customer’s property, giving homeowners a realistic preview before committing. Builds cover detached ADUs, attached ADUs, and garage conversions. As of May 2026, pricing ranges from approximately $90,000 for compact studio configurations to $200,000 for larger two-bedroom builds with premium finishes.
